Principle of work

The fresh air is sucked through the inlets of filter and heater by fan and purified and heated.Then it passes through from low screen of granulator.The air steam with high speed maintains raw material suspending and forms stable fluidezed-bed.The solution that acts as an adhesive is sent to sprayer through infu-sion pump and sprayed to the power and makes powder agglomerate porous granule.After the granulr is formed,dry it in the drier in accordance with yhe predicated periol.The air conatining damp passes through static proof filtering bag where catches the powder dust and exhausts out.　 　The method of boiling and granulating is comprehen-sive fruit of spraying and fluidizing techonolgy.It makes traditional mixing,granulating and drying prodesses finish in the same closed container.So it is called "one step"granulator.
